Helping people achieve a healthier, stronger life is my passion. Before I knew I wanted to be a personal trainer I spent 5 years in the Marine Corp as a mechanic. After my honorable discharge I knew I wanted to pursue a career in the fitness industry.
I attended college at California State University Fullerton where I received my B.S. in Kinesiology. It was at CSUF that I fell in love with strength and conditioning and personal training. I hold 3 prestigious certifications, NSCA-CSCS, ACSM-CPT, and USAW-L1 Sports Performance Coach.
I have had the privilege of working with great clients over the years and I am beyond excited to get the opportunity to help many more people at my own private training studio. Whether you are brand new to training or you are an athlete looking to get an edge on the competition I can help you reach your goals!
