SEMI-PRIVATE

Semi-private personal training is our most popular training program.  It allows us to offer personalized training at a much lower price point than your traditional 1-on-1 private training.

All of our sessions are one hour long, starting at 5am and ending at 7:30pm Monday-Friday.

Every client who purchase a semi-private training package will start with a private fitness assessment.  The fitness assessment gives your trainer a chance to learn all about you, your goals, your training history and injury history.  You will also be put through a small strength test to assess how well you move and get a baseline for future testing.

After your assessment has been completed you are ready to start training.  Your trainer will teach you how to execute every exercise with proper form.  He will set up all your equipment and change weights when appropriate.  Your program will be designed with your goals in mind.  Our semi-private sessions will allow you to meet great people, stay motived and have fun while training.

COMPREHENSIVE BODY COMPOSITION ANALYSIS

At BW Personal Training we take pride in being able to show our clients that their hard work is paying off externally and internally.  Every client has access to our personal InBody 570 machine.

The InBody 570 body composition analyzer goes beyond traditional body composition analysis, measuring fat, muscle, and total body water.  Each InBody Test will print out a full-page results sheet detailing the muscle, fat, and water values of the user. The InBody 570 provides you with lean mass and fat values in each segment of the body to give you proper assessment of body composition.

Using a basic scale and measurements with a tape doesn’t always give you a clear picture of what’s really going on internally with your body.  The InBody key to helping us as trainers make sure we are on the right path to keeping all of our clients healthy and fit.
