WHY OUR GYM SHOULD BE YOUR GYM
Helping people achieve a healthier stronger life is my passion. Before I knew I wanted to be a personal trainer I spent 5 years in the Marine Corp as a mechanic. After my honorable discharge I knew I wanted to pursue a career in the fitness industry.
Natalie is the backbone of the operation. She runs the business side of the gym. After years of managing someone else’s corporation she is happy to take the reins on her own. While running the office she will also be an important presence in the gym to support and encourage our clients.
Can I Use The Gym Without A Trainer?
No, you can only use the gym with the trainer but you are more than welcome to use the cardio equipment on your own time if the gym is open. We suggest you call to make sure the equipment is available before you come by.
What Times Are The Trainers Available?
Training sessions are from 5am-11am and 4:30pm-7:30pm on the weekdays. Saturday sessions are 7am-11am and the gym is closed on Sundays.
Is There Care For Kids?
We do not offer a day care for kids but clients are more than welcome to bring their kids to hang out for the hour session!
