Natalie's training philosophy revolves around creating sustainable, realistic and fun fitness routines tailored to each client's unique needs and goals. "I believe that fitness is not just about appearance but is a holistic journey that includes physical, mental, and emotional well-being." Natalie places a strong emphasis on functional training, incorporating a variety of exercises that mimic real-life movements to improve overall strength, flexibility, and balance.
Natalie has a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree from CSULB and is a Certified Personal Trainer (CPT). Her expertise extends to various workout modalities, including HIIT, strength training, stretching, mobility, and cardiovascular conditioning. She continuously seeks to expand her knowledge to provide the best possible guidance to her clients and is currently pursuing a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist Certification (CSCS).
